Tiredful
Tiredful is the word I come up with as I sit down to write this week.
I am tired, but FULL of love, hope, and nothing but gratitude for this experience. It’s so awesome to meet each and every group that visits the Starr.
We love meeting new people and sharing this special place.
I’m going to try to name every state that people have come from so far and I am sorry if I miss a few.
We have had people visit from Washington, Oregon, California, North Dakota, Nebraska, Texas, Georgia, Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Wisconsin, New York and of course Minnesota. HOW COOL IS THAT?!
We’ve had weeks it has been “quiet” and weeks it has been “loud.” We like all kinds! We’ve had infants to grandmas 95+.
Let’s just say there is something for everyone at Royal Starr Resort and we enjoy seeing others enjoy this place just as much as we do.
The hardest part of this summer I (Angela) think has been navigating it without Kasey. Kasey have been in Nashville most of the time working on our “old” home to get it brand new for the next person lucky enough to purchase it.
We are learning so much along the way though. When my “Mr. Fix It.” gets here, watch out! From plumbing, to electric, custom concrete counter tops, custom furniture, he can do it all.
We’ll pour just as much love, blood (literally), sweat, and tears into the resort as we have our home in Nashville and then some.
I have also been planning ahead and working on our ideas for Christmas Cabins! I am so excited.
So stay tuned. We’ll continue to work hard to make Royal Starr a great place to stay and if we have already met you this summer, we can’t wait to see you again soon and if we haven’t met you, we can’t wait to!
That’s it for now, it was nice to sit down for a minute and reflect. ;)
Warmly,
Angela Hulett
