Summer Season, June 21
thru Aug 22 ~
The first time a
reservation is made, a deposit of $200 per bedroom is
required to guarantee your reservation. This deposit must
be sent and received within seven days from making
reservation. When your deposit is received, a written
confirmation will be sent to you. Group rentals of 3
or more cabins may require one-half of cabin cost as the
deposit, also to be sent within seven days. A damage
deposit may also be required for a large group.
Current guests
wishing to secure the same cabin, same time, for the upcoming
year, must leave a deposit prior to their departure.

Spring, Early Summer, Late Summer, Fall and Winter
Short
Stays ~~ (May
2 thru June 6, June 7 thru June 20, August 23 thru Sept 28 and
Sept 29 thru April 30). During these dates, short stays, with a
minimum of two nights are always welcome.
A deposit of one night is required. Cabins 4,5,10, 11, 12 and
13 are open all year. Cabins 1-9 are open May thru
September. |

Cancellations ~~
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations received at
least 90 days prior to the start of your reservation will allow
you to apply your deposit for up to one year to your next stay,
depending upon availability. An additional deposit may be
required. |

Extra People, Guests and Visitors ~~
You are most welcome to have guests. There is a charge of
$15 per person per day, for a day visitor. Overnight
guests will be charged $30 per person, per night, or $175 per
person, per week. This fee is based on the number of people
staying in one cabin. Each cabin does have a maximum sleeping capacity
and cannot be exceeded.
Inflation Fighting Pricing ~~
Remember, during the Spring, Early Summer, Late Summer
and Fall seasons, children 12 and under stay free. During the
Summer season, children 2 and under stay free. (Please note
children in these age groups do count in the calculation for the
cabin Maximum sleeping capacity).
